One of the first things I learned when I entered the Wellness arena was that the majority of people struggled to have enough money to purchase good food! This has only gotten worse as we have entered into what some are calling a true recession. The next thing I learned was that many could not afford to purchase good quality supplements and consequently bought lower grade products inorder to save money. So many need an extra $100! And then we entered this strange era we are in now where millions have left their regular employment to search out more meaningful ways of earning an income.

I had become a Peace Corps Volunteer to help local Guatemalan communities. I succeeded in creating a small medical clinic that very successfully provided medical services for my town but did not help increase the income. Returning to the US I became a major part of the “War On Poverty” of the early 60s but still made little difference in the income of very many people. I became involved in farming and specialized eventually in the herb comfrey. I employed about 80 people but still did not feel I was making much of a contribution to many lives.

In 1994 I was introduced to a company that marketed glyconutritional products. My wife had been seriously ill for several years with no hope of much improvement. One of these products gave her a quality of life we had never expected and I became interested in selling it. I was introduced to Network Marketing. Many told me not to become involved but I did and began to earn some very serious money. Most importantly, I was able to help hundreds in North America begin to earn from $200 to $1,000 as a side-hustle income.

Today I am very fortunate because I earn a substantial income through my wellness business that straddles the globe. Need an extra $100? That can be per month or per week or per day. On this link I have given you a list of areas that you can use to earn an extra $100. Once I realized that the high cost of groceries and the unreal costs of medicines were a major health challenge in North America I knew I had to take a certain amount of my time and share with as many as possible some of the ways I have created my own income!

I learned many years ago that reading books and expanding my mind were important to earning enough money to live comfortably. I would like to recommend two that I have read over and over: THINK AND GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill and RICH DAD, POOR DAD by Robert Kiyosaki. I have had five major Mentors in my life. They have all recommended reading constantly as the best way to become wealthy. They were all very wealthy themselves so I followed their examples!

Good food is an essential part of good health. I use and recommend supplements but nothing replaces a well-rounded healthy diet! Earn enough that you and your family can afford the best fruits and vegetables. Don’t scrimp on the salads! Next, be sure that you and your family have a good health insurance program. Health and Medical costs are the number one cause of bankruptcy in the US. Don’t fall into the trap of not paying for good health insurance. Don’t rely on the government programs.

The gig economy is exploding! I have given you some very actionable ideas on my link. Need an extra $100? Check out my link and get started! Then go to the store and buy the best fruits and vegetables you see! That is your path to good health!
